Chewy Auto-Shipped an Order I Didn't Confirm. They Refunded It Before I Even Asked.

Chewy sent me a shipment I did not authorize. Their customer service called me to apologize before I even noticed. They refunded the charge and told me to keep the items. Chewy has the best customer service of any company I have dealt with.
