My Walmart Refund Email Was a Grocery List. They Refunded $80.

Walmart sent me the wrong grocery order. Instead of a complaint, I sent them a list: "What I ordered: 1. Organic chicken 2. Avocados 3. Almond milk 4. Toilet paper. What I received: 1. A frozen pizza I did not order 2. Three bags of chips 3. Someone else's deli meat 4. Missing items. I am now the proud owner of a pizza I cannot eat, chips I did not want, and no toilet paper. This is not the grocery experience I signed up for." The Walmart support agent found it amusing and processed a full refund of $80. I also got to keep the pizza and chips. Sometimes describing the absurdity of the situation is more effective than getting angry.
