Cash App has zero purchase protection for authorized payments. I tested 5 different approaches. Only one worked. Approach that worked: I contacted my BANK instead of Cash App. I filed a dispute with Chase and said: "I used Cash App to pay for a service that was not delivered. The merchant is unresponsive."
