Ticketmaster Refund Email Template for Cancelled Events

Ticketmaster is notorious for slow refunds. This email format got my $350 back faster than the standard process. Subject: Event Cancellation Refund - Order #[Number]. Body: Dear Ticketmaster Billing, I am requesting a refund for order #[Number] for [Event Name] scheduled on [Date] which was cancelled on [Date]. I was told the refund would be processed automatically, but it has been [Number] days with no refund. Under your Fan Guarantee, cancelled event tickets should be refunded within 30 days. Please process this refund immediately. I have attached my order confirmation. If the refund is not processed within 5 business days, I will file a dispute with my credit card company. I sent this to Ticketmaster's executive support team, not the general support address. I found the executive email on a consumer advocacy site. The refund was processed within 3 days.
