Planet Fitness Ignored My Cancellation Letter. I Had to Call My Bank.

Planet Fitness requires you to cancel in person or by certified mail. I sent a certified letter. They kept charging me. I called and they said they never received it. I filed a chargeback with my bank. Planet Fitness finally cancelled my membership. Their cancellation policy is intentionally difficult.
