If this warranty claim is denied, I will escalate to the 'Better Business Bureau Warranty' and the 'Credit Card Chargeback Warranty.' Short-term warranties on products. The company refunded me and said: "We do not know what a Customer's Unspoken Warranty is, but we are honoring it anyway." I got $90 back.
