I Recorded a 30-Second Video for a Refund Request. Got Approved in 1 Hour.

I bought a $200 product that was defective. Writing felt too slow. So I recorded a 30-second video on my phone showing the issue. I uploaded it to YouTube as unlisted and included the link in my refund email. Subject: Visual Evidence of Defective Product. The video showed the product not working, the packaging, and my receipt. I said: "Hi, this is the product I bought. As you can see, it does not work. Here is the receipt showing I paid $200. I would like a refund. Thank you." The company replied within an hour: "The video evidence was very clear. We have processed your full refund. You do not need to return the product." Video evidence is harder to fake than photos. Companies trust it more. If your refund involves something visual, a 30-second video can replace a thousand words.
