How to Use the Better Business Bureau to Get a Refund. My 100% Success Rate.

I have filed 4 BBB complaints against companies that refused refunds. All 4 were resolved in my favor. Here is the process. Go to bbb.org and file a complaint. Include: your full contact info, the company's name and address, a clear description of the issue, what you want (specific refund amount), and what you have done so far (emails, calls, etc.). The BBB will contact the company and give them 14 days to respond. Companies respond to BBB complaints because unresolved complaints affect their BBB rating. A company with a D rating loses customer trust. When I needed a $500 refund from a moving company that damaged my furniture, the BBB complaint got them to pay within 2 weeks. The company had ignored my emails for 2 months. The BBB complaint is free and effective for disputes under $5,000.
