Revolut's Dispute Process Is a Nightmare. Here's How I Won After 3 Months.

I paid for a subscription through Revolut that continued charging me after I cancelled. The merchant refused to refund the post-cancellation charges. I filed a dispute with Revolut.

Revolut's dispute process is slow. They give the merchant 45 days to respond. The merchant did not respond. Revolut then said they would credit me temporarily. Another 30 days passed. Nothing happened.

I contacted Revolut support multiple times. Each time, I got a different answer. Eventually, a supervisor processed the refund manually. Total time: three months.

Revolut is good for travel and currency exchange. But their dispute process is not as consumer-friendly as traditional banks. If you have a dispute on Revolut, be prepared for a long wait.
