I Used AI to Write a Refund Appeal and Got $340 Back in 2 Days

I booked a non-refundable hotel room in Barcelona for $340. My flight got canceled. The airline rebooked me for three days later. I could not use the hotel. Booking.com said non-refundable means non-refundable. I was stuck.

A friend told me about LaimRefund. It analyzes your refund case using AI and generates a professional appeal letter. I was skeptical. How could an AI write something a human would take seriously?

I tried it anyway. I filled in the form: platform was Booking.com, amount was $340, issue was flight cancellation making the booking unusable. The system searched Booking.com’s extenuating circumstances policy and relevant EU consumer protection laws, then produced a full appeal letter.

Honestly, the letter was better than anything I would have written. It referenced Booking.com’s own extenuating circumstances clause, cited the EU Package Travel Directive, and was polite but firm. I sent it to Booking.com support.

Within 24 hours, a senior agent replied asking for my flight cancellation documentation. I sent it. 24 hours after that, the full $340 was refunded to my credit card. Total time: 2 days. Total effort: typing 4 sentences into a form.

I have since used LaimRefund for three more cases. An Amazon seller refund ($89 after 45 days), an App Store subscription ($59.99 after 3 months), and a Steam game ($39.99 at 8 hours played). All approved.

The AI does not write a magic letter. What it does is research the exact policies and laws that apply to your situation, then craft an appeal that sounds professional and informed. That combination is what gets refunds approved. The free analysis shows you your odds before you pay anything. If the odds look good, the $3.99 unlock fee is the best money you will ever spend.
