Netflix / Disney+ Refund Email That Got Me $150 Back for Unauthorized Upgrades

Someone hacked my Netflix and upgraded the plan. This email got all the charges reversed in one day.

Subject: Unauthorized Account Changes - Refund Request

Body: Hello [Streaming Service] Support, My account was accessed without my authorization on [Date]. The person changed my plan from [Plan] to [Plan] and added [Extra Members / Features]. I have secured my account by resetting the password, but I need the unauthorized charges refunded. The charges in question are: [List charges with dates and amounts]. I have enabled two-factor authentication. Please process a refund for all unauthorized charges. Thank you.

Streaming services handle account compromises differently from regular refund requests. If you use the word "unauthorized," the support team treats it as a security issue, which gets escalated faster and has a higher refund approval rate.
